Who We Are

Tim Cotton

Tim has always had a passion for film-making - he directed his first film at age 9 - 'Extreme Makeover - Duplo Edition.' It was an instant cult classic. Since then he's diversified a little, he’s picked up a marketing degree, sucked the corporate teat at Ogilvy, banged up a couple of houses, and then eventually set his sights on bigger things.

Next stop, the Himalayas. After scaling the mountains of Nepal, dancing the waves of Morocco and beating the bouncers of Berlin, Tim finally experienced his epiphany when he met up with Sam in the former state of Yugoslavia.

Now a weapon behind the lens, Tim is a fully fledged media mogul with a point to prove.

Sam Urai

Sam is a walking ideas factory. After completing his bachelor’s degree in commerce - well he had to do something orthodox.. he quickly learnt that he didn't fit the corporate mould. Instead he set his eyes on Hollywood and took the most direct route possible… After jet-setting his way to Ghana to coach tennis, he then made a quick stop in Istanbul to visit his 'Turkish Delight', before finally winding up at the Prague Film School. In Prague.

After winning the audience award for his irreverent short film 'Crab Apple', Sam would later team up with Tim in Montenegro, where they would embark on the first of many projects together, the first being a documentary on the Yugoslavian Space Program.
